We have not just one but hundreds of telescopes with meter resolution for just about every corner of the earthward side of the moon. The Lunar Reconnaissance orbiter has imaged the entire surface of t he moon including the poles and far side at sub meter resolution. No space stations… and yes there should be, but there aren’t! If you look at the LRO gallery you can see remnants of the Apollo era. That is all.
